Service and Satisfaction Evaluation of Parent and Family Service Programs

Need

An Irish local government social services provider was seeking to evaluate and benchmark the needs of current and expecting parents for health care and education services, including testing new service ideas, and evaluating overall customer satisfaction

Project Undertaken

A strategic project assessment was undertaken with the client to developing goal-oriented project outcomes and implementable insights. An online survey was written, programmed, fielded and analyzed of both current and expecting parents within the Irish local healthcare organization's region.

 

Current services were evaluated and new program concepts and program extensions were tested for interest and purchase intent. Overall satisfaction and loyalty were also tested and segmentation based upon these to profile those most willing to use services and those most at risk of leaving.  A strategic presentation was provided to the client's leadership team detailing these strategic findings and recommendations (including expansion of digital, social media and Mobile App tools).
